Fireproof
Our church is doing the Fireproof study in Small groups. I'll be honest, I wasn't really excited about it at first. Aaron and I are so busy during the week, I just couldn't see adding one more thing. After being asked and asked to join a group, we finally did. We are on week two right now and I have definitely had a change of heart. First of all, if you haven't seen the movie, I recommend it. You have to know before you see it, that it is a low budget movie and the acting isn't top notch, but it is a great movie! It has a great message. I am really enjoying the study because it focuses on what positive things you can do to build up and show love/respect to your spouse. This isn't a study created from some psychologist who will tell you the best ways to communicate or anything like that, it is a study that really focuses on strengthening your marriage with your actions. The Love Dare journal is pretty neat too. Even if your marriage is strong and healthy, the Love Dare can give you new ways to show your spouse you love them.

My wife and I are going through the Love Dare now. We watched Fireproof on Valentines and I have to admit that I cried. I am such a baby.
We're totally wanting to watch that. Sounds like a good thing. The ski suit business is killing me so I'm trying to hold myself accountable at rebornrunner.wordpress- if you have any motivational tips for me you can leave them there. You can be my inspiration!
