We went to a BBQ last night and had a great time. Madeline was too tired for the fireworks and they just bothered her. Every time a loud one would go off, her eyes would get really big. She did get in the pool for the first time. She wasn't sure what to think of it She had a full belly so she was up for anything, but it didn't seem that she LOVED it. I think it was a little cold. She was adorable anyway.

I love the "baby's 1st fourth" shirt! I bought those things every holiday for Peyton's 1st year!
