Moving Week

We are moving this week. This is our new house. This transition has been in the works since August. We started looking for a house in July, found and put an offer on this one in August, and heard that our offer was finally accepted at the end of October. We closed on the house last Wednesday and should get the keys tomorrow. It has been a loong journey and now that it is finally ending it doesn't seem real. The housing market is so here in CA that we were able to purchase this larger home for much less than we paid for our current home. We feel very blessed to be able to do this and have spent much time in prayer about this move. We are going to rent out our current home until we can sell it. Talk about a stressful month- and we haven't even starting the moving yet!

The house was a short sell (although there was nothing short about it). It needs new paint throughout and some new flooring. That is what Aaron will be doing this week. I am not allowed in the new house while he paints, so I will be packing up our current home. Hopefully we can actually move in next Friday and Saturday. I will keep you updated on our renovations. We will have many over the next year inside and outside the house. Say a prayer for us this week if you think about it. I am hoping I have the energy to get everything done that I needs to be done.

How exciting!!!

No pressure- but I'm expecting A LOT of pictures and I have high expectations.

Just kidding.

About the high expectations that is. I just want to see more!

I can't imagine doing all this while growing a human inside of you, and being a sane teacher and a wife...

I can barely do the teacher part.

I'll say a prayer for you guys that this week goes smoothly and that you are shocked by what you accomplish.

BTW:

THANKS for your encouraging comments!

While you're being wonderwoman and growing babies, moving and being wonder teacher you're also being such a big cheerleader!!!

Were there pom poms in your past I don't know about??

Thanks for your kind words- because I have some serious doubts about this one!
