4 months

I only have a sec to post. Madeline turned 4 months on Saturday. I can't even remember what she was like at birth now! She is "talking" all the time now, although this week has traded talking for blowing bubble and making motor boat noises with her mouth. I hope this is just a developmental phase and that she goes back to talking soon (otherwise I may have to ask the Dr about it at her check up.) =) She loves to put things in her mouth these days. Mostly her hand, which she chokes on often, and her burp cloth. She is enjoying "tummy time" much more these days thanks to her daddy who works with her. She even rolled from her tummy to her back all by herself tonight-two times (had to make her do it again to make sure it wasn't a fluke!) I am so excited for her! Over the weekend, she let us sleep for 6 straight hours without interruption! It was Heaven! I am praying this is the NEW Madeline since she is 4 months now and that it stays. (although last night was a rough night.) She LOVES new environments and is so very observant. She moves her head back and forth taking everything in. She likes to smile at strangers, but not her mom all the time. She will let anyone hold her and will be content as long as she's not hungry. We take her to the dr. for her check up next week. Can't wait to see how much she weighs. It has to be a lot because she is so heavy! Will post pictures soon. I am so blessed with such an amazing daughter.
