The weather is cooling down- at least this week. Fall is just around the corner, and I am already dreaming of Thanksgiving vacation. Another thing that is happening right now is the Fair! I LOVE the fair! Double fried twinkies, concerts, rollercoasters, funnel cakes, the exhibits, and petting zoo are all great, but my favorite thing about the fair isn't at the fair at all...
It happened tonight when I went to pick up dinner at Subway. I walked in to what is usually a very busy dinner choice on Thursday nights, and it was completely empty! I was the ONLY customer in there. So, while I will make my annual trip to the fair for one hour on Saturday afternoon to watch my niece dance, I will especially enjoy the empty mall, Kohls, Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants right now while everyone else is at the fair!
Yea for the fair!
