We have had a blast! We got to go to San Diego for a few days this week. We stayed at this great hotel on this little jetty. From our room we could watch the cruise ships and navy ships come in. Loved it! Talk about relaxing! We went to Sea World again this year and it was a lot more fun for Madeline this year. She loved playing in the Bay of Play, seeing Elmo, looking at all the fish and animals, and touching the water (she didn't care much about the dolphins, only the water.)
Since we've been home, the week has flown by! We met some friends at the park one day where Madeline went up the steps and down the slide ALL BY HERSELF! I almost cried! She has discovered washing her hands and LOVES it! Like all the time! She is obsessed with bunnies! We went to see the Easter bunny, but the line was way too long, so we waved to him, and he waved back, then we left. She didn't know any better. And we went to Build-a-Bear and I got her an Easter bunny she could take home, and they gave her bunny ears! It was a much more enjoyable experience for us! She wore the bunny ears (over her eyes) the whole time we shopped. Pretty funny!
Here are some pictures from our trip...

This was the little beach area at our hotel. She LOVED walking in the sand.
She did so good with Elmo. She even went up and gave him a hug! That is ALL she talked about the rest of the day! So cute!
I finally gave up on trying to get a picture with her and just took one of her.

This is her playing in the Bay of Play at Sea World! Greatest place for Toddlers!I am so ready for summer now! Unfortunately my college work has not taken a break this week. I am drowning in papers right now! Off to write another one!
