The cast is off and we are having a blast! She is talking so much more these days. We started swim lessons back up this week and she is loving it more than ever! We are taking lessons with the other 18 month old from daycare. They LOVE each other and play well together. Madeline LOVED that her friend was there with her. She does so well going under water and splashing. My weight loss has been a struggle! Apparently when you don't work out in 4 weeks, your butt grows and your clothes don't fit anymore. Hmm... what a great lesson I've learned. So I am working on running several times a week now as well as my long Saturday run.
Football season is in full swing (which is why I'm not getting to workout now.) We are limiting our time at the games this year because a 16 month old is more interested in climbing the stands over and over than watching the football game.
I have been working on my college classes so my brain is dead at the moment. I can not think of anything else going on.
The first picture is of her yesterday when we went yard saling in our neighborhood. She kept those sunglasses on the whole time! That is a first! Can you tell Daddy dressed her- red unmatching shoes and all??
In this picture- she had already eaten HER breakfast and was really liking this spoon thing- she started feeding herself last week (well trying) and she decided to move on to MY cereal! She ended up eating half of it!Did I mention she LOVES to eat??
And the last picture is from today's nap. I love this! Before our nap, I put socks on. She wanted socks too, so Daddy put some of his socks on her. She actually slept with them on the WHOLE time! It was too cute not to get a picture of!

She is growing so fast! I had to catch up on all the posts I've missed. What college classes? Are you taking some or teaching some?
She's getting so big! And looking more and more like Aaron, but prettier.
Merissa- I am getting my MA in Education online through WBU. It pays to get your MA in CA. IN fact, if I don't take some classes, I will not ever get a pay raise again! So, I found some motivation and am getting them done- but kicking and screaming the WHOLE way!
