We are getting ready for Summer here!
We Love silly time where we wear our pajamas on our heads!
And we love to walk our babies in the stroller. Doesn't she look serious!
And stopping to smell the flowers
And we LOVE the water!
And someone has her OWN fashion sense! Isn't she stylin'
And of course the rain boots go with the bathing suit! It's all the latest rage!
Even Mommy is getting ready for Summer!
So, MY Trainer Bob, you know, my BFF Bob Harper, he has a new book out! In this book he gives 21 "simple" rules to follow in order to lose weight. I am desperate! I can not shake these last 5 lbs 6lbs okay 7lbs. So, I need to do something. I am working out, so I KNOW it has to do with my calorie intake. AND I also know I eat really well for lunch and get lots of veggies in, but I am adding too many other calories throughout the day. So, I have a new plan.
I am reading Bob's book, and discovering WHY I'm not "skinny", thank you for the eye opening Bob! So, here's what I am going to do:
I am going to implement three rules a week for the next 7 weeks. Every week I will add three more rules to the ones I have already implemented. The idea is that at the end of 7 weeks, I will be practicing all 21 rules and hopefully most of them will become habit by then. I think I will begin implementing the rules weekly on Sundays. That will give me the weekend to prepare and plan. And I will blog about these rules and my progress so that YOU can keep me accountable. I am excited, but nervous- some of these are going to be easy, but some... oh boy.. some are going to be a challenge! I will post Sunday about my first three rules!

And that yellow dress, I think Audrey had one VERY similar if not exactly like that! It was my FAVORITE. I just love little girls! When they are screaming, or throwing a temper tantrum! Ha!
